Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).
Orders under $50 ship at a calculated rate based on your location and carrier rates at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holiday surges.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link. If you do not see updates within 48 hours, please allow additional time for the carrier to scan and update their system.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Echos of Eden is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address error is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
