Are Echos of Eden wellness products intended to treat medical conditions? No. Our wellness products are intended for general wellness and self-care purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. What is Echos of Eden Yoni Oil? Our Yoni Oil is a feminine self-care oil created for external use as part of your personal-care routine. It is made with a blend of oils including sweet almond oil, Shea butter, bergamot, orange, peppermint, tea tree, and vitamin E. Please review the full ingredient information before use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

How do I use the Yoni Oil? Use a small amount externally on clean, dry skin as part of your personal-care routine. Do not use internally. As with any new topical product, we recommend starting with a small amount and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

Can I use the Yoni Oil after shaving? The oil can be incorporated into your external skin-care routine, but freshly shaved skin may be more sensitive. If your skin is easily irritated, allow it to settle after shaving and patch test before applying a new product.

What is the Foaming Feminine Wash for? Our Foaming Feminine Wash is designed to complement your external feminine-care routine and help you feel fresh and cared for. Do I have to start the reflection challenge on a certain date? Not at all. Becoming Her is about your journey. Start whenever you're ready and move through it in a way that feels meaningful to you. The goal isn't perfection — it's creating intentional moments for yourself.

What is the Becoming Her Self-Love Workbook? The Self-Love Workbook is designed to give you a dedicated space to reflect, write, and focus on yourself. It's a great choice if you're beginning a new season, working on personal growth, or simply want to become more intentional about checking in with yourself.

Can I use the Reflection Deck and Self-Love Workbook together? Absolutely — and that's one of our favorite ways to use them. Is the Becoming Her collection a good gift? Yes. They're also perfectly acceptable to buy as a gift for yourself — you don't need a special occasion to pour back into you.

Apparel & Made-to-Order Products

Are your apparel and speciality products made to order? Some are. Certain apparel, accessories, and speciality products are created specifically for you after your order is placed through one of our trusted production partners.

How do I choose the correct apparel size? Please review the size chart provided on the individual product page before ordering. Because made-to-order apparel is produced specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, color, or style.

Why might a made-to-order item look slightly different from the website photo? Small variations in color, placement, or appearance can occur because of differences in screens and the production process. We work to represent our products as accurately as possible.

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order? In-stock products fulfilled directly by Echos of Eden are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order products typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

Will all of my items arrive together? Not always. Because we offer both in-stock and made-to-order products, items from the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate packages.

Will I receive tracking information? Yes, when tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing, production, or fulfilment.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item? Eligible regularly stocked, non-hygiene merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, unopened when applicable, and in its original condition and packaging.

Feminine wellness, personal-care, hygiene, opened, or used products are final sale.

Can I return or exchange a made-to-order product? Made-to-order products generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of incorrect size or color selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

If your made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us so we can help.

What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item? Please contact us at info@echosofeden.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable.

For made-to-order products, issues should be reported within 30 days of delivery. Once verified, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order? Please contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered processing or production, and made-to-order items generally cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
